Chicken Chowder

Ingredients

2 quarts Half-and-Half

4 cans (14 oz ea) Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth

4 cans (10.75 oz ea) Cream of Potato Soup (condensed)

4 cans (10.75 oz ea) Cream of Chicken Soup (condensed)

4 packages (6 oz ea) Louis Rich Southwestern Chicken Breast Strips (diced)

4 cans (14.5 oz ea) Whole Kernel Corn (drained & rinsed)

4 cans (14.5 oz ea) Red Gold® Petite Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies

1 bunch of Green Onion (chopped)

6 cups Cheddar Cheese (shredded)

Directions

In a large soup kettle, combine half-and-half, chicken broth, and potato and chicken soups; blend well. Add chicken, green onion, corn and diced tomatoes; mix well. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 5 to 8 minutes or until onions are tender. Remove from heat and add cheese. Stir until cheese is melted.
