3 lbs Ground Round
6 cups Water
3 packages (1.25 oz ea) Old El Paso® Taco Seasoning
1 teaspoon Cumin (ground)
1 teaspoon Black Pepper (ground)
3 cans (46 oz ea) Red Gold® Tomato Juice
3 cans (7 oz ea) Chopped Green Chiles
3 cans (16 oz ea) Pinto Beans (drained & rinsed)
3 cans (14.5 oz ea) Whole Kernel Corn (drained & rinsed)
3 cans (14.5 oz ea) Red Gold® Petite Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
3 packages (5.4 oz ea) Knorr-Lipton® Fiesta Sides Mexican Rice
Cheddar Cheese (shredded) to taste
Sour Cream to taste
Tortilla Chips to taste
In a large soup kettle, brown ground round; drain well. Add water, taco seasoning, cumin, black pepper, tomato juice, green chiles, pinto beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and Mexican rice. Stir and heat on medium high until rice is done (about 30 minutes). Spoon into a bowl and sprinkle with cheese, add sour cream, and tortilla chips.

For more taco flavor, add an extra package of Taco Seasoning.
If you can't find Red Gold® or RedPack® brands, try the store brand. Chances are Red Gold makes their product and the quality typically far exceeds the national brands.
